I have read all of Maeve Binchy’s books and this novel is my favorite. He caused the town of Mountfern to come out of its sleepy comfortable heart and mixed up their love, their hate, and their traditions.įirefly Summer is a really great read. O’Neill had a pocketful of money and lots of charm. The couple had wonderful dreams but everything began to change when an American Millionaire Patrick O’Neill came to town. They also are parents to set of 12 year old twins. She and her husband John have a much loved pub in Mountfern.
